The vision and direction
of the Centre is guided by the Directors, both of whom are
Practitioners at GNHC.
GNHC
aims to provide a happy and mutually supportive space for Practitioners
to develop their practices.
We offer a mentoring
system to give support where necessary.
We encourage cross
referral
within the Centre so that we can provide a better service to our clients
and improve our own knowledge of the value of other disciplines.
The day-to-day management
is undertaken by the Directors
assisted by the Practice Manager, Senior Receptionist
and two part-time Receptionists.

| Our Business Model |
All Practitioners work on a self employed basis, renting practice room space
from The Greenwich Natural Health Centre Ltd.
Practitioners
book regular Sessions, comprising four consecutive working hours. The
day is divided into 3 Sessions: Morning (09:00-13:00), Afternoon
(13:30-17:30) and Evening (18:00-22:00).
Booking
a Session is a commitment by the Practitioner to pay
rent for that particular Session on a recurring basis. One months notice
is required to cancel and relinquish a Session.
Rent is calculated as either: 25% of total Session earnings or a £30.00 Minimum Reservation Charge, whichever is the greater.
A new Practitioner pays only 25% of Session earnings for the first month to
help
them establish their practice.
Practitioners
also pay an additional £12 per month from their start date into
the advertising fund, which is primarily web based.
Each Practitioner is provided with a Day Book to record appointments and fees. The Day Book is used to calculate rent due.
Reception staff, adminstrative support, practice room preparation and monthly account statements are provided.
Practitioners
must only practise the therapy as agreed at their start date. No other
therapy may practised without the prior consent of the Directors of the
Greenwich Natural Health Centre Ltd.
