Counselling - Relationship
Counselling
Counselling
provides a safe and confidential place to explore issues which affect
the way you feel about yourself. You may wish to develop self
awareness, change patterns of behaviour in your life, or find practical
solutions to problems.
By making the choice
to seek help from a counsellor, you are allowing yourself the space to
talk with someone who has no invested interest in directing you one way
or the other.
You'll have a completely accepting, non-judgmental
space within which to explore your issues (problems) and to be able to
deal with them in a supportive and caring environment.
However, maybe most importantly, you are listened to - something that in
this day and age is a rare commodity.
